Pricing Information We have currently held a total of Fifty (50) Staterooms to accommodate up to one hundred guests (twenty  interior, fifteen oceanview and fifteen balcony staterooms) to guarantee room rates and meeting space. A bulk deposit of $25.00 per person ($2,500.00 for the room block) is required within 30 days (July 1, 2025, to complete the contract and guarantee the space (staterooms and meeting space.) A second deposit of $125.00 per person would be due by October 10, 2025, or at the time someone is booking and wanting a stateroom assignment. Final payment is due November 22, 2025.  Cancellation Penalties: No penalty through 09/14/2025. $25pp from 09/15/2025 to 10/15/2023 - $50pp from 10-16 to 11/15/2025 - 75% of cruise fare pp between 11/15,2025 and 02/02/2024 – 100% of cruise fare per person after 02/02/2024 (Again, Trip Protection Insurance is strongly recommended.)   Price is per person, double occupancy, subject to availability and not guaranteed until booked and deposited. Includes cruise fare, port charges, NCF taxes and government fees, all meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages except Coke and Pepsi products in standard dining venues, prepaid gratuities of $16.00 per person per day (required for large groups and to allow round robin seating at dining), all meeting space and standard AV equipment (technician charges apply) and amenities provided in group contract which is  a bottle of sparkling cider and chocolates in each stateroom and the complimentary one hour Welcome Aboard Reception with drinks and canapes. LTWI will earn one complimentary berth for every  16 sold full fare berths. Taxes, fees, and gratuities will apply. (8 staterooms sold = 1 cruise fare)   Request for staterooms in categories or locations not included in Living the Word International group block will be priced individually. Applicable past passenger and residency discounts, military fares or other eligible promotions will be applied at the time of booking. In order for LTWI to receive room credit and amenities specified in the group contract, all bookings must be made using the LTWI Registration form and booked through CEALS. Carnival direct bookings or bookings through another agency are not eligible for any LTWI Group Contract amenity, price, benefit, or inclusion in group dining block. CEALS always recommends Trip Protection Insurance to cover unanticipated cancellation, interruption, disruption or medical emergency and medical evacuation. Trip Insurance is based on age and cost of the trip

		6B Oceanview Stateroom – Double Occupancy $701.41 pp Catch a glimpse of what is going by from your Ocean View stateroom aboard Carnival Liberty, where you will get views, you will not find anywhere on land. Do not miss sunrise and sunset at sea, your comfortable stateroom is the best way to experience these! Deck: 2 Main, 1 Riviera Two twin beds that convert to a king-sized bed
		8B Balcony Stateroom – Double Occupancy $916.27 pp Private verandah staterooms were designed for maximum sea breeze and the most stunning views, so look to a balcony if you are looking to cruise aboard Carnival Liberty. Any time you are in your room, you are just steps away from your own personal outdoor oasis, featuring the sort of sea view you can also feel.
		Grand Suite  - Suites cannot be held in a group and are priced at the time of booking. Requires full payment with names at booking. A Grand Suite aboard Carnival Freedom features even more space than the standard suite — plenty of room in your room! This stateroom is loaded for an unparalleled experience: VIP check-in, a huge balcony, and even a convenient dressing area with vanity.
