Pricing Information We have held a total of Seventy-Five (75) Staterooms to accommodate up to one hundred fifty guests (twenty-five interior, twenty-five oceanview and twenty-five balcony staterooms) to guarantee room rates and meeting space. A deposit of $150.00 per person is required with your registration.to complete the contract and guarantee the space (staterooms and meeting space.) Final payment is due November 22, 2025. Cancellation Penalties: $25 penalty through 09/14/2025. $50pp from 09/15/2025 to 10/15/2023 - $100 pp from 10-16 to 11/15/2025 - 75% of cruise fare pp between 11/15,2025 and 02/02/2024 – 100% of cruise fare per person after 02/02/2024 (Again, Trip Protection Insurance is strongly recommended.) Price is per person, double occupancy, subject to availability and not guaranteed until booked and deposited. Includes cruise fare, port charges, NCF taxes and government fees, all meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages except Coke and Pepsi products in standard dining venues, prepaid gratuities of $16.00 per person per day (required for large groups and to allow round robin seating at dining), all meeting space and standard AV equipment. Request
for staterooms in categories or locations not included in Living the Word
International group block will be priced individually. Applicable past
passenger and residency discounts, military fares or other eligible
promotions will be applied at the time of booking. In order for LTWI to
receive room credit and amenities specified in the group contract, all
bookings must be made using the LTWI Registration form and booked through
CEALS. Carnival direct bookings or bookings through another agency are not
eligible for any LTWI Group Contract amenity, price, benefit, or inclusion in
group dining block. CEALS always recommends Trip Protection Insurance to
cover unanticipated cancellation, interruption, disruption or medical
emergency and medical evacuation. Trip Insurance is based on age and cost of
the trip |
